All three members of the Shroom family were found wandering in a very rural area and were taken to a community shelter. We showed up, and we were greeted by staff who were eager and excited to send these strays to a better situation. The whole family…Dad Truffle, Mom Chanterelle, and a sole surviving baby, Button!
Chanterelle bunked in the Cantina with her little beansprout for a while. We slowly earned her trust and she let us befriend Baby Button. Mama Chanterelle has now been spayed and was reunited with Truffle and Button. The little Shroom family grew by one when they welcomed Ozzie Portobello, after they met in quarantine. They all live very happily together in the MedBarn Neighborhood.
