Our annual financial audits are conducted by a reputable third-party CPA who follows auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. Through these audits, we ensure that our financial practices are sound and that we maintain the highest level of fiscal responsibility.
A critical aspect of these audits is the auditor’s conclusion regarding our organization’s ability to continue serving our mission for a reasonable period of time. This assessment helps us understand any conditions or events that, when considered collectively, might raise substantial doubt about our ability to operate effectively in the future.
During each audit, the independent auditor exercises professional judgment and maintains professional skepticism throughout the process. This includes a detailed examination of evidence regarding the amounts and disclosures in our financial statements.
Additionally, the auditor evaluates the appropriateness of our accounting policies and the reasonableness of significant accounting estimates made by our management. They also assess the overall presentation of our financial statements.
