Open Volunteer Days
We occasionally host open volunteer days in the warmer months of the year. Please follow on social media for announcement of those opportunities. They are very limited in space and frequency for the comfort of the animals.

The Animal Care Crew
Odd Man Inn is managed by Co-Founders, Josh and Wendy Smith. Wendy is the Executive Director. Josh is the Facility Manager. Both serve the organization as full-time volunteer members of the Animal Care Crew.
The organization was started on their small piece of personal property in Washougal, WA in 2016. They have been volunteers for OMI since that time. Both of them can be found every day of the week sweeping barns, prepping meals, building fences, and administering care to the residents.
