Ozzie is an American Yorkshire, a Pinkie with a big personality and an even bigger future. He arrived as a backyard “production” pig who turned up stray, injured, and stuck in a rural shelter without access to medical care. Our vet team believed he was hit by a car. His injuries were extensive. The prognosis was heavy.
But Ozzie is pig-headed in the best way.
He persisted. He healed. He learned how to be himself again. He built community. He became part of a pig-family.
And now? He’s mischievous, thriving, and the only large pig in the MedBarn—Odd Man Inn’s most populous neighborhood, made up almost entirely of smaller pigs—where he’s become a true fixture alongside his bestie, Button.
Ozzie is uniquely positioned to bridge the needs of the GenPop and MedBarn herds. He brings the BIG-picture view without losing sight of the SMALL, day-to-day joys. It’s the kind of resilience that makes everyone who meets him root for him.
