The daily operations of Odd Man Inn are managed by Co-Founders Josh and Wendy Smith, who both serve as full-time volunteers for the organization.
Odd Man Inn was started on their small piece of personal property in Washougal, WA, in 2015, and they can still be found every day sweeping barns, prepping meals, building fences, and administering care to the residents.
