Charlie

Charlie is a cute little black pot bellied pig that looks like he’s wearing white socks on all four feet. We rescued him after he’d been “turned loose” in a neighborhood to fend for himself. The neighbors did their best to help him for nearly a year, but he was TERRIFIED of humans and no one really wanted to claim a pet pig. He’d been sleeping in an old compost bin on an abandoned piece of land. We had to set up an actual sting operation to capture him! Today, he’s a wonderfully adorable member of the MedBarn herd. He’s healed up from a wicked case of mange and, best of all, he has come to the realization that humans aren’t all that scary. Charlie has befriended the Muppet crew of pigs, and he sleeps beside Camilla, Scooter, and Janice each night.
