All three members of the Shroom family were found wandering in a very rural area and were taken to a community shelter. We showed up, and we were greeted by staff who were eager and excited to send these strays to a better situation. The whole family…Dad Truffle, Mama Chanterelle, and a sole surviving baby, Button!
While the Shroom family was in quarantine, Ozzie was their neighbor. Button wanted a friend and would slip in to visit Ozzie whenever he got the chance. A new friendship was formed between these two young pigs. Even though he will be very large when he matures, Ozzie was soon welcomed into the Shroom Family. Button has since been neutered and now roams the MedBarn Neighborhood with his Yorkshire pal, Ozzie Portobello.
